What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Because every CCICOVER product is custom-made for your specific vehicle, the following rules apply:

Eligible for return / exchange:

Manufacturing defects (stitching, zippers, fabric flaws).
Wrong item shipped (model/color/material mismatch vs. your order).
Fitment issues caused by our pattern data - we will replace or refund.

Not eligible for return:

Buyer-supplied wrong year/make/model at checkout.
Items installed and used (e.g., visible wear, pet hair, odors).
Buyer's change of mind on a fully custom order after production has started.

How to request a return:

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and 2-3 photos of the issue.
We confirm eligibility and email a prepaid US return label within 1 business day.
Once we receive the item, we issue a refund (original payment method) or ship a replacement within 3 business days.

Custom or final-sale items will be marked as such on the product page where applicable.
